This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of statistics, who enjoys working collaboratively across departments.Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the newly forming compliance and governance team
* Work closely with various departments to collate and manage statistical data
* Assist in monitoring and reporting activities related to compliance
* Contribute to audits and ensure records are maintained to a high standard
What the client is looking for:
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence working with statistical data
* Experience in Health & Safety, Gas Safety, or Fire Safety is desirable
* Previous audit experience is advantageous
* A proactive and flexible approach
* Willingness to work in a hybrid role (minimum 1 day per week in Oxford office)
