Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities may involve assisting individuals in developing independent living skills, such as cleaning, cooking, personal care, laundry/ironing, budgeting, paying bills, and meal planning/shopping. You will also coordinate and attend appointments related to health and housing needs, support with medication administration, and help individuals engage with the community through activities they enjoy.
Key Requirements
* Experience:
o Understanding and experience working with autism and complex behaviours.
o Previous experience in a specialist autism setting.
o Knowledge of autism-specific approaches to communication, learning, and positive behaviour support.
o Experience working closely with families in a support capacity.
o Ability to handle a variety of tasks with flexibility and initiative.

* Required:
o A full, clean, UK/EU driving license, as there is a requirement to drive mobility vehicles. We cannot accept provisional or international licences due to insurance requirements.
