We are recruiting for experienced Temporary Receptionists to work at a prestigious site in Edinburgh, the role is temporary cover based on paying £13.00 per hour. Hours of work are 9am – 5pm.
As the receptionist your duties will include:
· Greet & welcome guests & client using the correct security procedures
· Administer visitor passes and notify hosts immediately
· Assist guest with their luggage
· Ensure that all communications meet the clients standards
· Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner using the company script and within 3 rings
· Make taxi bookings following company procedure, notifying guest upon the taxi’s arrival
· Manage the Reception ensuring that all emails are answered and replied to in a timely and efficient manner
· Book meeting rooms
· Understand and support guests with audio-visual equipment
· Assist visitor with concierge services: travel, accommodation, airline tickets, entertainment, hospitality service, photocopying
· Assist the clients staff and their visitors with secretarial duties
· Maintain default standard of the reception and meeting rooms
