The Role
We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in a full-time, permanent role (following a successful 3-month contract period) - offering a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of the global superyacht industry and play a pivotal role in shaping world-class luxury partnerships and internationally recognised events.
As a Client Manager, you will be the driving force behind meaningful, long-term relationships with some of the most influential names in yachting, luxury, and destination marketing. Rather than cold calling, you will operate as a trusted industry partner identifying opportunities, understanding client ambitions, and delivering high-impact advertising, content, and event sponsorship solutions that generate real value.
A standout element of this role is your involvement in the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous - an exclusive, invitation-only event curated to introduce the international superyacht community to the Dominican Republic as a rising luxury cruising destination. The Rendezvous brings together yacht owners/charterers, captains, brokers, and luxury stakeholders for curated experiences, networking, and destination discovery in the Dominican Republic. You will play a key role in supporting sponsor relationships and partnerships that help bring this landmark event to life.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-led sales, enjoys international travel, and wants to become a visible, respected presence within the superyacht world.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead partner and/or sponsorship acquisition and relationship management for the Dominican Republic Superyacht Rendezvous
* Own and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients, with a strong focus on sponsorship partnerships
* Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through strategic, relationship-led sales
* Sell and manage advertising, content creation, and event sponsorship packages across
* Create bespoke sponsorship proposals aligned with client goals and brand positioning
* Represent at international boat shows, luxury events, and industry gatherings
* Build long-term client partnerships and deliver exceptional client satisfaction
* Collaborate closely with internal editorial, marketing, and events teams to deliver outstanding campaigns
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
* Maintain accurate records of client activity, sales pipelines, and communications
Requirements
* Must be based in London
* Must have a degree
* Minimum of 1 year's sales experience (B2B preferred)
* Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
* Excellent communication and phone skills
* Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
* Exceptional people and relationship-building skills
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
* Well-presented with a professional and confident manner
* Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally
