About The Role
Pudsey Sixth Form College is looking for an enthusiastic Exams Liaison Officer to work within our growing student support team. You must be able to deliver outstanding customer service and be confident working within a fast paced educational environment.
You will be part of the welcoming and supportive environment in the college and will work closely with both teams at Pudsey and our central services. You will receive full training in our systems and processes.

What You Will Do
* Ensure high quality customer service at all times whilst working with colleagues across the campus and central teams to ensure the smooth running of all exams processes.
* Ensure that all exam entries/registration are made to the awarding bodies in an accurate and timely manner.
* Ensure that all achievements are claimed from the awarding bodies and results entered into the student record system in an accurate and timely manner.
* Monitor outcome data in order to maximise achievements for funding and statistical purposes.
About You
* Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably within an exams team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
* Experience of using Prosolution or other college student records system.
* High standard of computer literacy including the use of spreadsheets.
* Enhanced communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to prioritise your workload, work on your own initiative and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
