You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross‑functional team, working with suppliers, stakeholders, and NHS organisations to ensure the successful integration of systems that support the NHS workforce. The role involves working with Oracle HCM, Microsoft Azure Cloud, PowerBI, Fabric, and ServiceNow in line with NHS standards and user needs.

Key responsibilities
* Assuring the supplier’s integration strategy and implementation, with a focus on cloud‑based platforms such as Oracle HCM and Microsoft Azure.
* Ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with regulations.
* Leading assurance activities across migration events and transformation phases, collaborating with stakeholders across NHSBSA, DHSC, NHS England, NHS Wales, and external partners.
* Assuring supplier designs including integration touchpoints between Oracle HCM modules and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
* Assuring approach to Microsoft Azure’s data and analytics capabilities.
* Assuring ServiceNow workflows and service integrations are configured to support operational efficiency and user experience.
* Matrix managing and developing a team of Senior Technical Analysts.
* Supporting governance, planning, and readiness assessments.
* Contributing to programme boards and decision‑making processes.
* Managing budgets, resources, and performance across multiple teams.
