Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CSO
* Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with efficiency.
* Prepare presentations, reports, and visuals using advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Manage budgets, track expenses, and process formal business communications.
* Act as a liaison between the CSO and internal or external stakeholders.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
* Organise and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
* Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the CSO.
Profile
* Significant executive-level support experience, including supporting C-level executives.
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
* Proven experience in budget tracking and expense processing.
* Excellent communication skills for drafting formal business correspondence.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion.
* Experience in life science or related industries is advantageous.
* Live locally to Stevenage.
