I am currently recruiting an administrator to join the finance team for my client. There are 8 other administrators within the team. The role is available due to maternity cover and the business is based in Blackpool.
Your new role
1. Dealing with queries via email and telephone.
2. Handling and organising documents, paperwork and files.
3. Processing expenses.
4. Maintaining records of appointments and liaising with customers where necessary.
5. Organising and maintaining a centralised inbox.
6. Dealing with suppliers, ordering and managing stock.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience within an Administration-based role.
8. A team player, due to this being a large team.
9. Proficient with Microsoft Packages.
10. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills and well-organised.
11. Flexible approach and a problem-solving attitude.
What you'll get in return
12. 9 months fixed-term contract, potential extension to 12 months.
13. Hybrid working, followingpletion of training, 1–2 days from home per week.
14. Hybrid working, 1–2 days from home uponpletion of training.
15. Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00, hours per week.
