Locations: Sale, Warrington & Leigh
Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable female Regional Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference in peoples lives while working across a range of services and environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations, including Sale, Warrington, and Leigh.You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.

The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.

Your Responsibilities

1. Delivering person-centred care across a range of services
2. Supporting individuals in supported living and community settings
3. Assisting with personal care, communication, medication, and daily living
4. Supporting community access and social engagement
5. Adapting confidently to new environments, routines, and teams
