About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified finance professional who thrives on data and is eager to make a real impact. As Project Finance Analyst, you'll play a central role in the financial management of complex projects, partnering closely with operations and leadership to provide insight, challenge, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
* Developing and implementing robust financial controls and procedures across projects
* Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities
* Working with the Programme Management Office to maintain key project documentation, including financial logs, risk registers, and milestone charts
* Supporting with contract pricing and commercial analysis
* Preparing and presenting monthly financial updates to senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and key issues
* Delivering ad-hoc financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Requirements:
* CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
* A passion for data, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills
* Experience in project finance, cost management or business partnering roles
* A collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across all levels
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
