ITT Coordinator/ECT Induction Lead with Teaching (Science and IT & Business) – MPS T1 – T9, Salary £32,916 – £51,048 plus TLR 2B £5,869. Permanent 1.0 FTE. Start date September 2026.

Main Duties
* Lead and coordinate the school's Initial Teacher Training and Early Career Teachers induction programme, ensuring high‑quality training, mentoring and professional development for trainee and early‑career teachers
* Teach a subject within the candidate’s specialism, contributing to high standards of teaching, learning and student progress
