Akela Ground Engineering Ireland is seeking an experienced Piling Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in managing and delivering projects while strengthening Akela’s long‑term relationships with leading residential developers throughout Ireland.
The Role
* Manage piling projects from inception to completion.
* Work closely with residential developers to ensure successful delivery of contracts.
* Oversee project programmes, budgets, and quality standards.
* Provide technical expertise and leadership to site teams.
* Support the wider Akela business in promoting our capabilities and reputation across Ireland.
About You
* Proven experience in piling.
* Strong background in managing projects within the residential development sector.
* Excellent relationship‑building and client‑facing skills.
* Established network and strong working relationships with multiple residential developers in Ireland would be a key advantage.
* Commercially aware, proactive, and highly organised.
* Willing to travel across Ireland as required.
