Protocol is working closely with a Further Education College based in Birkenhead to recruit for a Permanent Electrical Trainer/Assessor/Lecturer to join the construction team.
The Role:
* 35 hours per week on a permanent basis.
* Salary: Up to £42,174 per annum.
* Join the construction team as an Electrical Trainer/Assessor.
* Train, support, and assess students on workplace programmes to deliver high-quality outcomes, including some in-house delivery.
* Plan and prepare training documentation for both direct and online delivery, leading to timely completion of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards.
* Liaise with candidates and workplace supervisors to arrange visits at college or on employers’ premises, as applicable.
Requirements:
* Hold an Assessor Award (D32/33, A1, or TAQA).
* Knowledge of Skills Funding Agency and Awarding Body requirements for Apprenticeship frameworks or standards.
* Experience assessing qualifications in the workplace, e.g., NVQs.
