Team Leader - Supported Living (Colchester)
Overview: We are seeking a proactive, confident Team Leader to join our supported living team, assisting adults with learning disabilities in independent living. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff, and ensure high standards of care.

Some Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team, ensuring smooth shift operations day to day.
* Assist with tasks such as medication orders, staff scheduling, support plans, and audits.
* Support tenants day to day, arrange and attend medication appointments.
* Lead by example, resolving issues while respecting individuals' choices.
* Provide personal and emotional support, promoting independence and engagement in activities.
* Supervisions and regular meetings with staff and management

Requirements:
* Experience: 2+ years in care, with team leadership experience.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards).
* Skills: Strong communication, IT, and organizational skills.
* Driving: Full UK driving license and own vehicle required (Manual driver)
* Availability: Able to work shifts (8 AM - 11 PM) with sleep-ins and one full weekend per month.
