Protocol Education is working with a primary school in Bradley Stoke that is looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning.
This role involves supporting children throughout the school day, helping them develop positive relationships, manage emotions, and access learning successfully within the classroom environment.
Previous experience supporting children with behavioural needs, SEMH, SEND, or additional learning needs is desirable. Applicants from backgrounds such as youth work, care, mentoring, coaching, residential support, or other child-focused roles are also encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
