The role:
You’ll be carrying out mental health assessments, care plans, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure individuals receive the right support. A strong understanding of mental health legislation and the wider social care system is essential.
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker
* Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
* AMHP qualification and experience
