What We Offer
* £21.37 per hour
* Flexible Bank shifts: 8:00 AM – 8:15 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:15 AM
* Paid breaks, handover, and NMC membership

What We’re Looking For
* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* A passion for person-centred care
* Ability to lead a team, motivate colleagues, and provide clinical guidance
* Strong communication skills to build relationships with residents, families, and staff
* A commitment to high standards of care and professionalism
