* Practice Group: Global Finance (London)
* PQE: 2–4 years
* Focus: Lender-side, private credit, English law loan transactions
* Work on syndicated loans, acquisition financings, structured credit, and innovative private credit deals
* Immediate exposure to high-profile clients and market-leading transactions
The Candidate:
You are a superstar associate who:
* Has outstanding academic credentials and top-tier law firm experience
* Has demonstrable experience on lender-side Global Finance transactions
* Is commercially sharp, technically excellent, and confident advising sophisticated clients
* Has a track record in English law loan documentation, including leveraged, acquisition, and structured financings
* Can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact
