Salary/Package for the successful Sales Property Administrator:
* Up to £27,000 basic
* First year earnings of £30,000
* Ongoing training and support
* Career progression
Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Property Administrator:
* Compile property details and upload them to online portals
* Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) ID regulations
* Assist in the administrative support of the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries promptly.
* Prepare and process sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
* Assist in the organization of marketing materials and property listings.
Requirements for the role of a Sales Property Administrator:
* Previous experience as a Sales Property Administrator
* Basic knowledge of the property industry and local area would be helpful
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Passionate about a career in property
* Ability to work within a wider team as well as individually
