We are seeking two AI Solutions Engineers to design, build, and deliver cutting-edge customer-facing AI solutions for a leading Consultancy who specialises on CX and Contact Centre solutions.
Sitting at the intersection of technology, product, and customer experience, you will rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-powered experiences that demonstrate business value, inspire customers, and inform our product roadmap.
Any experience applying Agentic solutions within Consulting, Customer Experience or Contact Centres is a advantage.
Key Responsibilities
 * Design and deliver AI-driven prototypes and proof-of-concepts for customer-facing use cases.
 * Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to shape solution design and delivery.
 * Engage with customers to understand their pain points, goals, and success metrics.
 * Build business cases and ROI models to quantify solution impact.
 * Provide technical guidance on LLMs, prompt design, and orchestration techniques.
 * Translate business requirements into data flows, process maps, and AI-enabled journeys.
 * Document learnings, patterns, and best practices to support reuse and scaling.
 * Promote ethical, safe, and transparent AI practices across projects.
Key Skills & Experience
 * Strong programming ability, ideally with Python.
 * Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, frameworks, and orchestration techniques.
 * Background in customer experience or service design, including journey mapping.
 * Experience in ROI modelling and business case development.
 * Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams.
 * Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially using data.
 * Awareness of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices.

 * Evaluate trade-offs between technical feasibility, scalability, and user impact.
