Job Description
COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE
* Take full accountability for the commercial performance and overall success of the store.
* Drive sales and operational performance through effective commercial decision-making.
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and business objectives.
* Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve KPIs.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Retail Supervisors through clear direction, coaching, and mentorship.
* Partner closely with the Store Manager, acting on feedback and delivering against agreed targets and deadlines.
* Identify high-potential talent within the team and support structured development and progression plans.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and full compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Utilise business communication tools to manage task completion and ensure teams fully understand key responsibilities.
* Maintain effective wage control on a weekly basis, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage stock movement, conduct accurate store audits, and uphold visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.

THE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in driving sales growth, improving profitability, and effectively managing costs and stock loss.
* A strong track record of internal progression and team development.
* Extensive knowledge of, and passion for, luxury retail, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
* A minimum of two years’ leadership experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels of the business.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
CONTRACT DETAILS
This is a full-time, permanent position working 45 hours per week across five days out of seven. The role requires full flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
