Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Hybrid working (one day in the office and four WFH).
Employment type: Initially a Fixed Term Contract, covering a long-
term absence.
Salary: Starting from £45k + c.20% annual bonus

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
* Develop and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy to meet business growth objectives.
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and candidate assessments.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from sourcing to offer management.
* Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employer branding, and partnerships (e.g., universities, tech communities).
* Optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, diversity, and candidate experience.
* Leverage data and insights to track hiring metrics and improve strategies.
* Champion Esri UK's employer brand, promoting our culture and values to candidates.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech, or a related industry.
* Strong expertise in sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, talent pools).
* Experience hiring technical roles (e.g., software engineers, GIS specialists) is a plus.
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Passion for employer branding and creating an inclusive hiring process.
* Experience in benchmarking niche roles
