Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join our Category Management team. The successful candidate will develop and manage a portfolio of suppliers and products, both existing and new. You will build and maintain relationships with our branches, providing the support they require to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities of the Group Category Manager include:
* Supporting the Head of Purchasing and the Commercial team to deliver group strategies.
* Negotiating and managing supplier agreements to secure the best products at the best prices.
* Assisting in the ongoing management of a core range of products stocked in all branches.
* Maintaining group stocks in line with company policy.
* Ensuring data accuracy in the Price Book on our computer system.
* Resolving queries in Purchase Ledger.
The Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following Attributes:

* Proficiency in MS Office
