As aCare Assistant you will providehigh quality individualized care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residentsprivacy, dignity and independence at all times.
Your role is to create ahappy, caring and safe atmosphere; puttingresidents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological supporttailored to the individual. Werespect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
No previous experience is required for this role as we willprovide full training, therefore if this is your first role in Care we willsupport you fully. We do require you to demonstrate aflexible, hard working and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of adedicated team and aright to work in the UK.
