This is a full-time, permanent role and involves working 37.5 hours per week over three 12.5-hour shifts across a 7 day rota, offering a competitive salary of £26,936 per annum. Deliver programmes and key work sessions that promote reintegration and personal development within the premises. Manage risk effectively by contributing to risk plans, monitoring compliance, and sharing updates at professional meetings. Maintain daily operations including client entry/exit, record-keeping, and adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards. Promote positive behaviour and compliance with rules and licence conditions, using pro-social modelling and fair enforcement.
