As an Electrical Estimator, you will be:
* Producing accurate estimates and quotations for commercial projects
* Pricing labour-only packages for M&E contractor-led schemes
* Preparing supply-and-install quotations for residential new-build housing developments
* Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and drawings
* Estimating EV charging installations, external lighting projects, containment systems, and cable tray works
* Applying practical installation knowledge to calculate labour allowances and productivity rates
* Supporting the growth of the electrical division through consistent pricing and commercial support

* Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within a UK contracting environment
* Ideally experience pricing residential new-build housing and apartment projects
* Knowledge of labour-only and full installation contracts
* The ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet quotation deadlines
