What is required from you?
* A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
* NVQ Level 2 - Health and Social Care qualification
* NVQ Level 3 - Health and Social Care qualification or working towards it
* Availability to work alternate weekends
* Full-time availability of 42 hours for night shifts
A day in the life of a Senior Care Assistant
* Provide person-centred care, including bathing, dressing, and oral care, respecting residents' preferences and promoting independence
* Contribute to and carry out care reviews to ensure care plans meet residents' needs
* Administer medication safely, supportively, and in compliance with regulations
* Lead and participate in social activities and outings within the home
* Support and mentor new staff and potentially lead the home in the absence of senior management
