Your new role
This is a hands-on role, providing 1st line support in a busy environment. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team, helping to manage iing requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Provide 1st line technical support across Windows and Mac environments
2. Manage and triage service requests via portal, email, and phone
3. Troubleshootmon issues such as connectivity problems and password resets
4. Escalateplex issues while maintaining clearmunication with users
5. Use remote tools and team screen sharing for investigation and resolution.
6. Work on-site full-time in a South Wales location
What you'll get in return
