Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will benefit from training, development, mentoring, and assistance for relevant accreditations, as well as support and guidance to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate, you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to various experiences to help you gain the skills you need to succeed.
As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW, you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants, you'll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given opportunities to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You will work on environmental and planning projects, including major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects, exposing you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.
Sustainability Advisory: Be a decisive part of this decade of change. Working across sectors, you will join an expert team advising some of the largest clients in the built environment sector on tackling the climate emergency and achieving broader sustainability outcomes. Our mission is to improve quality of life aligned with a 1.5-degree pathway through services such as Energy Transformation, ESG, Carbon Advisory, Climate Adaptation, and Strategic Planning. #GradSustainability
* Accepted degrees include: BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc in Engineering or Environmental Sciences, such as Building Services Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar.
Qualifications & Experience:
* You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
* You will demonstrate skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
* You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
* You should be willing to travel and stay away from home when required (we embrace virtual working where possible).
* You must hold a full UK driving licence.
* You should be comfortable with site-based work when required for projects.
