Responsibilities
* Act as a standalone subject‑matter expert (SME) on all TLS‑based inputs in support of major projects and programmes.
* Plan for and generate project and programme outputs specific to TLS activities and analysis.
* Maintain self‑assessment and competence within the Asset Performance / BMT DAS UK capability matrices.
* Own technical case studies and white papers as required by the business.
* Lead bid support throughout the bid management process.
* Mentor and support developing peers.
* Manage and progress personal professional development.
* Engage in TLS‑related engineering tasks, including TLS Management Planning, Supportability Analysis, Modelling and Simulation (LORA, FMECA, MTAs, etc.), Maintenance Engineering, Reliability & Maintainability, and Spares Provisioning / Inventory Management.

Qualifications and Experience
* Working knowledge of Defence Standard 00-600 and related policies and processes (JSPs, Defence Logistics Framework, ASD‑STANs).
* Experience within the UK Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) environment.
* Knowledge of the UK/International Defence Industry.
* Foundational awareness of ASD suite of standards, particularly ASD x000i (desirable but not essential).
* UK National, eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
* Self‑starting, adaptable, and eager to learn.
