Job Description

Accounts Assistant responsibilities:

3. Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
5. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
6. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
7. Provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes.
8. Respond to financial queries and liaise with internal teams as required.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
10. Assist with general administrative tasks related to finance operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

11. A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial processes.
12. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
13. An eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
14. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
