We are offering a development pathway opportunity to progress to a Test Analyst (TA) role after a period of training and development within the HR & Payroll delivery Team.
Initially as a Payroll, HR and Pensions Administrator you will support in the provision of services, using a number of systems, to process transactions to support the delivery of services. Being a valued member of the organisation, you will gain knowledge of the business by working in all areas of the delivery team, completing hands on work to help you develop.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop into another area of the team as a TA. With the right training, and candidate, we can support the desires of someone looking to progress into this field.
These roles are based in Newcastle and offer hybrid working arrangements. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with passion and desire to learn; if this is you, then this is the role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
1. Working across the Payroll, Pensions and HR teams, you will be inputting transactions, maintaining systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data to allow accurate payments to our clients.
2. Learning and understanding client policies across the key business areas, and how they operate, the systems they use and the processes they have in place.
3. Running cost reports, extracting and analysing data to support the measurement of controls, SLA’s and KPI’s.
4. Using spreadsheets and statistical techniques to review data.
5. Reviewing and resolving payroll / HR queries received from both internal and external partners.
6. Identifying and suggesting areas of improvement with the processes and systems themselves
