As a Mid-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. You will leverage your expertise in business development, account management, and candidate sourcing to deliver high-quality placements in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry, expanding our client portfolio.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals) to source and engage top IT talent.
* Interview & Selection: Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
* Negotiation & Offer Management: Guide clients and candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and successful placement.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, account management, and candidate sourcing within IT recruitment or executive search.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
* Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
* Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Knowledge of the latest technology trends and hiring challenges within the IT industry.
