Salary
£14.63 per hour. Premium paid for hours worked between 7 pm – 10 pm, and 10 pm – 6 am.
What You Will Be Doing
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers.
* Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
* Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets.
* Educating the team on business goals and service objectives.
* Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.
What Do You Bring With You
* Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable.
* Ability to manage own and teams' time effectively with attention to detail.
* Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
* Strong customer focus.
* Good communication skills.
