Working in partnership, my client is looking to recruit a proactive and professional Customer Service Administrator to join their dedicated team in Melksham. You will support the business by providing top-quality service to their customers.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for all queries
Building rapport with customers
Receiving and processing customer orders
Update and maintain the in-house CRM system
General Administration
Skills & Expereince:
Previous sales order processing expereince is essential
Previous customer service expereince is essential
Professional & polite telephone manner
Proactive & engaging approach
Excellent communication & organisation skills
