Your future duties and responsibilities
You'll take ownership of CGI's strategic relationship with Microsoft developing and executing growth strategies that drive measurable results. Working across business units you'll create joint go-to-market initiatives expand market coverage and strengthen our partnership at every level.
You'll build trusted relationships influence senior stakeholders and lead engagement to ensure CGI and Microsoft achieve shared success. Backed by a collaborative team you'll have the freedom to innovate and the support to deliver lasting business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead & Innovate: Define and deliver CGI's Microsoft alliance growth strategy.
* Develop & Deliver: Drive new opportunities through co-sell and go-to-market initiatives.
* Collaborate & Influence: Align stakeholders across CGI and Microsoft to secure joint wins.
* Optimise & Drive: Track performance and ensure measurable progress against growth goals.
* Support & Partner: Position CGI solutions to maximise client value through Microsoft technologies.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
You'll bring senior-level experience in alliance management or business development ideally within a global systems integrator. You'll have deep knowledge of Microsoft's partner ecosystem strong commercial acumen and the confidence to engage and influence at executive levels.
You should have
* Significant experience in business development or alliance leadership roles.
* Deep understanding of Microsoft solutions sales models and partner frameworks.
* Proven success driving joint growth through strategic partnerships.
* Strong commercial and negotiation experience with complex deal structures.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Previous experience working within a GSI environment is a plus.
