Baltic Recruitment is proud to support our prestigious client in Pickering, who are recruiting for Production Operators to join their busy team during weekends.
About the Business:
Our client is an international company that manufactures high-quality plastic injection-moulded, painted, and assembled products using state-of-the-art injection moulding machines and modern technologies.
About The Role:
To assist the team in meeting company goals promptly and effectively, ensuring operational needs are met whenever possible. To support production operations through utilizing a varied skill set and assisting other team members in achieving their objectives.
Start Dates: Immediate
Working 2 shifts per week:
1. Week 1 – Day Shift: Saturday and Sunday – 07:50am – 20:00pm
2. Week 2 – Night Shift: Saturday and Sunday – 19:50pm – 08:00am
Pay Rates: £12.50 per hour
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assembling parts in line with customer specifications.
* Operating press machines safely.
* Picking, packing, labelling, and scanning finished products.
* Loading and unloading products following manual handling safety guidelines.
* Checking the quality of finished products.
* Maintaining good housekeeping in line with ‘clean as you go’ policy.
About You:
* Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal).
* High flexibility.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to complete repetitive tasks in line with performance targets.
* Must be 18+.
* Own transport or means to commute to work.
