This role is based onsite at Willerby. Here’s why you’ll love this role… - You''ll provide first-line technical support to customer experiencing issues with broadband, Wi-Fi and VoIP services. - Follow structured triage and diagnostic processes to efficiently identify and resolve common technical problems - Deliver clear, professional guidance to customer through phone, or email.
