Hays Marketing is working in partnership with a commercial organisation based in Norfolk who are looking to appoint a Brand & Marketing Manager to join their team.
They are looking for a marketing professional to shape their brand and lead impactful marketing campaigns, brand strategy, deliver creative campaigns and boost their PR presence.
What you'll do:
* Brand Strategy & Identity
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis
* Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and internal communications
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and impact
* PR Strategy & Execution
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns
* Drive PR strategy and media coverage
* Lead and inspire a small marketing team
What you'll bring:
* 5+ years in marketing (brand/PR focus)
* Team leadership experience
* Strong copywriting and project management skills
* Attention to detail
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Experience working across digital, print, and social media channels
* Ability to interpret data and insights to inform brand strategy
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
