We are currently seeking an experienced Day Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site engineering team at a prestigious commercial skyscraper in the City of London, working for a large, well-established Facilities Management company. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-profile building within a professional and supportive engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems across the building
* Perform reactive maintenance and fault finding on lighting, power, and associated electrical systems
* Maintain and service commercial lighting systems, including the Pro Logic lighting control system
* Log and manage maintenance tasks using the CAFM system
* Conduct routine inspections and ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations
* Work closely with the wider facilities and engineering team to maintain building performance

Requirements:

1. Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
2.
