Location: Capernwray, Carnforth
Salary: Basic salary of £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated Children's Home Team at Bayview. Located in the heart of Capernwray, Carnforth, you will work in a nurturing environment with a maximum of four young people, guiding them towards success.
Your Role
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Support young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
* Help create a safe, secure, and positive home environment.
* Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our 'Outstanding' rated service.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when needed.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you must:
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.

Your Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will also be responsible for:
* Ensuring care plans are developed and reviewed in line with standards.
* Adhering to legal requirements and Ofsted standards.
* Managing day-to-day operations and staff effectively.
* Promoting a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and children.
* Actively participating in menu planning and food quality assurance.
