Starting with a guaranteed minimum salary of up to £50,000 for the first 12 months, you’ll have the potential to increase your earnings year after year.
As you advance in your career and consistently achieve excellent customer outcomes while meeting your KPIs, you’ll have the chance to be promoted to Senior Mortgage Advisor and beyond. Promotions include increases in base salaries, additional benefits, and enhanced commission rates.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday (Flexibility to daily working hours as required by workloads)
* Saturdays and evening work are required
The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:
* Up to £50,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months – dependent on written business
* Annual salary review
* No cold calling or self-generation
* Unlimited leads - you will be provided with 5 pre-qualified appointments each week which already have an AIP in place
* Full admin and case progression support leaving you more time to sell

* Minimum of 18 months experience with CAS status and a proven track record in writing business
* Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent
* Prior experience dealing with New Homes mortgages is desirable but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, able to explain complex information clearly and simply
* Knowledge and understanding of current compliance regulations
* Highly competent in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Full driving license and use of own car
* Smart and well-presented at all times, portraying a professional image
* Outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive under pressure
* Arranging mortgage and mortgage-related insurance products
* Ensure all appointments are followed up and managed timely
* Undertaking face-to-face and telephone fact-finds as required
* Adhere to current regulation guidelines including Money Laundering and GDPR
* Diligent in providing high-quality mortgage advice and customer service
* Follow the mortgage sales process, ensuring full compliance
* Visit and maintain relationships with clients and introducers
* Keep all documentation current and up-to-date
