About the Role
We’re recruiting Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants for a range of flexible opportunities across Southampton, including:
1. Long-term placements
2. Short-term cover
3. Day-to-day supply work
What You’ll Be Doing
4. Supporting childrens learning and development through play
5. Creating a warm, safe and stimulating environment
6. Working closely with nursery teams to deliver high-quality care
7. Building positive relationships with children, staff and families
8. Following safeguarding and EYFS guidelines
What We’re Looking For
9. Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
10. A nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic approach
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills
12. Reliability and a genuine passion for Early Years education
13. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
