Your role As a Test Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that all components and assemblies meet the highest standards before progressing through the production process. Working to established engineering work instructions, you will: Carry out incoming quality checks on components and materials Test coolers and associated components to confirm they meet required specifications Inspect precision components prior to build Follow defined assembly procedures with accuracy and care Mount components into assembly jigs with meticulous attention to detail Complete all assembly and test documentation accurately Adhere strictly to production processes and quality control requirements Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What You'll Need to Succeed You will bring a combination of technical capability, precision and a commitment to quality.
