At wed2b, our Store Managers combine strong commercial leadership with a genuine focus on people-both customers and team members. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive sales performance, develop your team, and ensure every bride receives a personalised and supportive experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Take ownership of overall store performance, using data and insight to drive results
* Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment
* Recruit, train, and develop team members, building a strong internal talent pipeline
* Lead from the front through visible, hands-on management on the shop floor
* Create a positive, inclusive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and support
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a retail management or leadership role (luxury or customer-focused environment preferred)
* A strong track record of delivering sales results and managing KPIs
* Confident leadership style with the ability to coach and develop others
* Highly organised, adaptable, and solution-focused
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance commercial focus and empathy
* Flexibility to work weekends, including Saturdays
* Fluent in English and Dutch
