Our People Hub Team is the first point of contact for colleagues across the organisation – we’re looking for a warm, capable, and proactive People Hub Coordinator to be the welcoming face and voice of our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a wide range of People‑related queries with clarity, care, and professionalism.
* Provide admin support across HR functions, including updating intranet content and coordinating job evaluation panels.
* Manage training logistics via ESR OLM and support in‑person and virtual sessions.
* Maintain accurate People records and systems for reporting and audit.
* Support sickness absence processes and help identify trends and actions.
* Collaborate with internal teams, trade unions, and external partners.
* Promote a just, inclusive, and restorative culture in everything you do.
