My client, a leading international law firm, with offices around the UK, are now seeking a HR Hub Team Leader to join the wider HR team, on a permanent basis.

The key duties will include:
* Direct line management for 4 HR Operations Administrators
* Working collaboratively with all HR Operations Team Leaders within the HR Services team
* Become the subject matter expert in the Onboarding & Admin hub and represent the team
* Oversee and monitor the internal ticketing system, ensuring high priority tickets are actioned in a timely manner
* Delegating tasks to team members and supporting team members with prioritisation
* Managing the relationship with employment screening provider matrix security watchdog, ensuring we are working collaboratively
* Producing weekly reports to support the business and HR Management Team
* Ensuring all tasks are processed in a timely manner and a seamless onboarding experience for our employees
* Quality check data entry carried out by the team and providing team members with real time constructive feedback
* Enhancing current processes to ensure we deliver service excellence
* Upskilling and coaching team members to deliver a customer centric HR service
The HR Hub Team Leader will have exceptional people and stakeholder management skills, be able to communicate to a high standard, both by phone and on email and have an excellent work ethic. The ideal candidate will have either previous HR Operations experience within a financial services, professional service or law firm environment and be able to keep to tight deadlines and produce work to a high level.
