Overview
Regional Sales Director, UK — Financial Services, Public Sector & Healthcare. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers who sell the full suite of Informatica products, including licenses, support, training, and consulting services for the UK region. You will use leadership skills and structured sales techniques that span the entire sales cycle: identification and qualification of opportunities, business development, and order fulfilment, helping your team over-achieve their sales goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and 6+ Accounts Sales Executives to generate growth within new and existing customers, focusing on Public Sector in the UK
* Drive territory growth, revenue quota achievement, and high levels of customer satisfaction
* Build awareness for Informatica in target accounts across the region and evangelize our solutions
* Hire, build out, and coach the team; manage forecasting and quarterly revenue delivery
* Maintain positive relationships with direct reports and strategic partners; visit accounts and cultivate customer relationships in the field
* Collaborate with other departments to develop impactful sales strategies for growth
* Articulate value selling in negotiations; contribute to pricing strategy; ensure effective prospecting, upselling/cross-selling, and pipeline development
* Implement and maintain effective sales processes for optimal performance
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to accommodate changes in budgets and strategic directions
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners
Qualifications
* 10+ years of enterprise software sales/sales management with a proven track record of closing high-value software deals and exceeding targets
* Extensive knowledge of selling software to line of business, IT, and procurement executives
* Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
* Experience withSales Methodology training; experience building organizations and hiring/training top talent
* Proven track record of quota over-achievement
* Strong negotiation skills with customers and internal stakeholders
* Solid customer references; entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility for dynamic change
* Willingness to travel as required
* University degree or equivalent practical experience
