Located overlooking one of the North Kent Coast's finest beaches, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington offers a relaxed yet stylish setting with stunning views, excellent food, a wide drinks selection, and friendly service. It is close to Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum, with opportunities to explore the historic area through Shepherd Neame's Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk.
Role and Responsibilities
As a key part of our kitchen team, you will ensure the delivery of outstanding service and food to our guests. We value excellent chefs as the core ingredient of a successful kitchen. If you have catering experience, a passion for food, motivation, and teamwork skills, we are willing to train you further.
