Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Valuer!
Our client, a leading online agency, is currently seeking an experienced property professional to join their team as a Sales Valuer on a self-employed basis.
The main requirements for this role include having experience in the property industry, particularly in carrying out property valuations, understanding the market, and delivering a high level of service. Working hours:
* This is a home-based role, but full-time hours are required.
Salary/Package for the successful Sales Valuer:
* Commission only, with realistic on-target earnings of £40,000 – £60,000 in Year 1.
* A 3-month guarantee/retainer.
The Sales Valuer duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.
* Acting as a brand ambassador in an allocated territory and building your own, as well as the client's, business.
* Demonstrating excellent knowledge of the local property market.
* Engaging and supporting customers throughout their journey.
* Building relationships and being the customer's key point of contact throughout the sales process.
* Coordinating with the central support team to ensure efforts are aligned towards successful sales.
* Having excellent knowledge of property market trends.
* Working on a self-employed basis.
* Possessing a full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes.
* Having a strong desire to succeed and grow your own business.
* Showing passion and enthusiasm.
* Possessing strong valuation experience at either Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator/Valuer level.
* Having strong verbal and written communication skills.
